2019
A key milestone was achieved: the official broker license in Dubai (RERA Broker License – issued by the Dubai Land Department, a mandatory requirement for legally conducting real estate brokerage activities in the UAE).
2021
This was followed by the strategic expansion of our team and the establishment of a permanent office in Dubai, enabling us to provide long‒term, on‒the‒ground support to our clients.
2023
This marked the launch of the DACH Roadshow in Germany, with the aim of bringing the Dubai real estate market closer to investors through in‒person events, direct consultations, and on‒site presence.
2024
The team was strategically expanded to include three additional licensed brokers in Dubai, working closely with the team in Germany to ensure seamless support for international investors.
2026
The opening of a larger office location in Dubai is planned – serving as an official point of contact for our international clients and as a further step toward our long‒term establishment in the region.
